After years of mysterious symptoms and ailments, she discovered–on a personal mission to heal herself naturally–that she had an autoimmune condition, celiac disease.

In 2001 Michelle embarked on her own healing journey using the principles of nutrition and functional medicine, and she hasn’t looked back!

Michelle Ross is a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner, a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist. Her training in Functional Medicine has given her a strong focus on the person as whole, not just a set of isolated symptoms. This training, combined with her unique talent and nurturing manner, inspires Michelle’s clients to make lifestyle changes that can totally transform their lives.

Michelle's own recovery motivated her to focus on understanding all the root causes of her symptoms (which ended up including Lyme disease, endometriosis, mold illness and the list went on). At one point she felt like she had more doctors than friends. Through this process she learned that the body has an amazing capacity to heal itself...once you identify those underlying causes—mind, body, spirit—that are preventing vibrant health.
