DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS INTO YOUR PROGRAMS?

Yes. Please note that certain laboratory tests are only available within the U.S. Supplement recommendations are made within Fullscript or WholeScripts. Supplements purchased from these companies can only be shipped to a U.S.address. Some of these supplements can also be purchased from a distributor
within the U.K. that ships orders within Europe.

Is a pre-paid plan or package required for all clients? 

Yes, all clients must participate in a New Client Consult or a Functional Medicine Program. Change in lifestyle requires time and often involves a lot of questions
along with the need for support. Planning for multiple visits will allow for us to spend the needed time answering questions and monitoring your progress. We are also able to make any necessary adjustments/modifications in your plan to allow the maximum healing to occur. Additionally, the packages provide
financial savings over the course of time as well as discounts on supplements. 

DO YOU ALLOW CLIENTS TO HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?

We do not currently offer payment plans.

DO YOU WORK WITH CANCER CLIENTS?

Michelle is not a functional oncologist and we do not address cancer directly.We are happy to work with clients in a more supportive role and as part of a wellness team, but require clients have a physician (conventional or functional)
to focus on cancer-specific care.

CAN YOU BE MY PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER?

Michelle Ross is not a licensed medical doctor and cannot provide advice or services specific to this aspect of medicine.

DOES YOUR PRACTICE WORK WITH CHILDREN?

Yes, our practice does work with children.

FUNCTIONAL LAB TESTING IS EXPENSIVE. CAN YOU HELP ME IF I HAVE LIMITED
FUNDS FOR TESTING?

The laboratory testing done in Functional Medicine is critical to finding the root cause of your symptoms and allows us to uncover imbalances well before the conventional model. We understand functional testing is an investment in your health and will help you prioritize testing that will be most valuable to you based on your budget.

DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE?

We do not accept any form of insurance.
