  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp *Za’atar Seasoning
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Tip:
    Choose organic produce and organic- and pasture-raised ground turkey whenever possible for the most nutrient-dense results. Look for spices that are organic, gluten-free, and sterilized using steam rather than synthetic chemicals or radiation.

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, garlic powder, oregano, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  2. Using your hands, form the mixture into about 10–12 small sausage-style patties.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the turkey patties and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  5. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, and za’atar seasoning.
  6. Toss gently to coat the vegetables with the dressing.
  7. Serve the turkey sausage patties alongside the cucumber tomato salad.
  8. Top with sliced avocado and enjoy.
